Affiliate Terms

The Wellmon Systems affiliate program is operated by Artivonix Solutions LLC, doing business as (dba) Wellmon Systems, a South Carolina limited liability company.

All affiliates must apply through the affiliate application form on wellmonsystems.com.

Approval is at the sole discretion of Artivonix Solutions LLC dba Wellmon Systems.

Approved affiliates earn 20% recurring commission for the lifetime of the referred subscription, for as long as that package remains active and in good standing.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, A2P 10DLC and TCPA messaging rules, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Affiliates may not make misleading claims about Wellmon Systems, its products, or expected results.

Affiliates may not promote through unsolicited messages, comment spam, or bot-based activity.

Affiliates may not use fake deadlines, fake stock counts, or pressure-based tactics.

Affiliates may not make income, lead, ranking, or guaranteed results claims about Wellmon Systems.

Affiliates may not create or distribute discounts that have not been authorized in writing.

Affiliate payout schedules and methods are provided after approval. Commissions may be reversed for refunded, charged-back, or fraudulent transactions.

Artivonix Solutions LLC dba Wellmon Systems may terminate affiliate access at any time for any violation of these terms.

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
