Company Information
These Terms govern your use of products and services provided by Artivonix Solutions LLC, doing business as (dba) Wellmon Systems, a South Carolina limited liability company. References to "Wellmon Systems", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Artivonix Solutions LLC dba Wellmon Systems.

Service Use
By accessing or using Wellmon Systems products, websites, or services, you agree to these Terms. You agree to use the services lawfully and as intended.

Subscriptions
Paid products are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Access continues for as long as your subscription remains active and paid.
You authorize Artivonix Solutions LLC dba Wellmon Systems to charge your payment method on file according to your selected plan. Charges are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Cancellation
You may cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. Access remains until the end of the current paid period.

Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content, contacts, customer information, and configurations you add to the platform, and for complying with applicable laws and platform policies.

Software Access
Access is provided on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the duration of your active subscription.

Intellectual Property
All Wellmon Systems branding, templates, software, and materials are the property of Artivonix Solutions LLC dba Wellmon Systems and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Acceptable Use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy, including no spam, fraud, harassment, or unauthorized access.

Limitation of Liability
Wellmon Systems is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, leads, customers, or business opportunities.

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
