7-Day Launch Guarantee

This guarantee is offered by Artivonix Solutions LLC, doing business as (dba) Wellmon Systems, a South Carolina limited liability company ("Wellmon Systems", "we", "us").

We will launch your Detailer Booking Engine within 7 business days after your completed pre-onboarding call. If we do not, your first month of the Booking Engine base subscription is refunded.

This guarantee can only apply if your subscription is active and in good standing at the time the launch window expires and at the time the refund would be issued. If your account is canceled, paused, past due, refunded under a separate request, or otherwise inactive, the guarantee does not apply.

The 7 business day countdown starts at the conclusion of your pre-onboarding call held through our scheduling system. It does not start at purchase.

The refund applies only to the first month of the Detailer Booking Engine base subscription ($297/mo). Add-ons such as the AI Concierge ($100/mo), third-party fees, taxes, and any usage-based charges are not covered.

Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control are excluded, including but not limited to: missing brand assets, missing service or pricing information, delayed approvals or responses, failure to provide required access, payment processor delays, domain or DNS issues on your side, and force majeure events.

This guarantee covers the launch timeline only. We make no guarantee of bookings, revenue, leads, search ranking, conversions, or any other business outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. One refund maximum per account under this guarantee.

We may modify or withdraw this guarantee at any time. Any change applies prospectively from the date it is posted and does not affect a refund right that has already vested for an in-flight launch.

This guarantee is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
