Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy is issued by Artivonix Solutions LLC, doing business as (dba) Wellmon Systems, a South Carolina limited liability company.

Wellmon Systems paid products are billed monthly on a recurring basis. There is no setup fee and no 90-day minimum.

You may cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. Cancellations after the next charge has been processed will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Access to paid features is removed at the end of the active paid period after cancellation.

We do not automatically prorate refunds for partial months unless required by law or specifically approved by Artivonix Solutions LLC dba Wellmon Systems.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
